We took the dogs on a hike yesterday and as almost an afterthought, I grabbed the point and shoot camera as we ran out the door. Once we got up there, I was really kicking myself for not bringing along my good camera because the views were just amazing and it was such a gorgeous day. Oh well, these pics still turned out pretty good and since this hike was only about 2 miles from our house, I'm guessing we'll be back. :-)
Bailey tested out her new backpack for the first time and she carried the water for her and her sister. She didn't seem to mind it at all, so I think Ms. Kelsee will be getting one next!

Ya, I thought so too until I realized what these three were standing on......
....and what it looked like from the edge!!! (Will was guessing that it's approximately a 1000-1500 feet drop from where we were standing down to that road below.)

I'm thinking Kelsee needs a backpack like Bailey's... What a beautiful day and great pictures of the mountains.
That backpack is awesome! What good dogs. And that picture of the road below kind of made my stomach to flips! How did you handle that?
Agreed. I'd like to see Kelsee with a nice backpack. :)
